Convenient and friendly hotel We recently stayed at a hotel during our city trip and found the location to be very convenient. It was within walking distance to many popular attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. the staff was very friendly and attentive, which made our stay more enjoyable. They even offered complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start our day and saved us money.

The hotel offers clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options such as eggs, sausages, French toast, fruit, and oatmeal. the staff is friendly and professional, providing a welcoming atmosphere. the location is convenient, with a lift right at the hotel for easy access to the slopes. the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub offer a relaxing option after a day of skiing.
Some staff members may have been unhelpful and condescending in their communication.

Enjoyed the location with great slope access, offering a convenient lift for those who wish for memorable ski adventures. The rooms were comfy and clean, with staff welcoming at every moment and the breakfast was a real bonus, with their great menu continually rotating so that it always peaked one's interest.
Some members of the staff lacked communication skills, especially those situated behind the front desk. The service can come off as condescending, with a lack of knowledge about the base lodge.
